While we’re excited for you to upgrade to Edgewater, we want to ensure you have time to educate your end users and prepare them for the change in the UI. If you prefer NOT to upgrade to the Edgewater release on June 5th you will likely want to take steps to ensure that your end users have disabled the auto-update app setting on their mobile devices. This prevents their mobile device from upgrading to a new version of a mobile app as soon as it is made available. In the event your end users cannot disable the auto-update setting on their mobile device or should you choose not to take action then your end users will experience an auto-update. End users experiencing an auto-update should not encounter technical issues using the new version of Youreka Mobile with an older version of Youreka installed in Salesforce.
