First, a clarification worth making
Two products share the name. GetFeedback Direct, the Salesforce-integrated product that sends NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys and maps responses back to your records, is the one being retired. GetFeedback Digital, the website and in-app feedback product, continues under the shortened GetFeedback name. If your surveys fire from Salesforce, this deadline is yours.
Why you chose GetFeedback in the first place
