Throughout his tenure, David has worked closely with customers, partners, and product leaders across both Dispatch and Youreka, helping shape strategic investments, product innovation, and customer success initiatives. His understanding of the challenges facing modern service organizations makes him well-positioned to guide the company’s next chapter of growth and innovation.
